Denied a Critical Illness  Claim? Speak to a Critical Illness Insurance Lawyer Today

Critical illness insurance is meant to protect you during life’s most difficult moments- whether it is cancer, a heart attack, stroke, or another serious medical condition. These policies typically offer a lump-sum payment upon diagnosis, designed to ease the financial burden so you can focus on recovery instead of bills.

Unfortunately, many people are shocked to discover that their critical illness insurance claim has been denied-often based on confusing policy language, medical disputes, or administrative technicalities. If this has happened to you, a critical illness insurance lawyer can help.

Common Reasons Critical Illness Insurance Claims Are Denied:

  • Alleged pre-existing conditions

  • Disputes over the diagnosis or whether it meets the policy definition

  • Incomplete or delayed documentation

  • Misinterpretation or narrow reading of the policy terms
